Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items.  Every item we make goes through a thorough inspection prior to shipping to ensure it matches the agreed upon description. 

In the rare event that your order is built inaccurately or has a defect as outlined by our cosmetic standard, Vocatus Furniture will replace the item at no cost to you.

Any natural characteristic of natural hardwood furniture is not considered a defect. Please see our cosmetic standards HERE.

Any item damaged in transit will also be replaced by Vocatus, assuming it is properly documented at the time of delivery.

Due to the high costs of building, packaging, and shipping charges, we cannot offer returns simply for buyer's remorse.
